At Kapi Mana Netball Centre we are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players, officials, volunteers, and spectators.

If you have a concern, issue, or complaint, we encourage you to let us know so it can be reviewed appropriately.

How to submit a complaint:

• Include as much detail as possible (date, time, court, teams involved, and description)

Alternatively:

• Forms will be available to fill at the information hub (formerly known as the registration office) on a Saturday or the information desk at TRA throughout the week.
